During the kick-off call with Dr. Merriman’s team, we gathered information about the practice to paint a picture of the brand’s persona. We learned that the practice has a friendly southern feel – personable, traditional, and professional. Patients and staff are treated like family, and visiting the office feels like home. Once we established a voice and tone, our team got to work creating Dr. Merriman’s content calendar. We focused on creating posts that would generate engagement, such as team photos, treatment videos, and fun giveaways. Within a few short months, we noticed the feed starting to dramatically improve.
